You can set up your conference site right now, and start using TrackChair for free. Before opening your conference for submissions, we have to arrange a service contract. So, when you're ready to accept papers, just send us an email and we'll get back to you with all the details.
Here's what you need to do to get going:
- Create your conference by filling out a short form. You may be asked to log in or sign up for an account.
- Add one or more tracks, and start exploring! If you have any problems, have a look at our online help or send us a help request.
- Submit test papers yourself, to see how things look. You can do this from your conference home page.
We'll contact you a few days after your conference is set up, to see how you're going. If you decide not to use TrackChair, the conference site will be deleted after 30 days.
